1.⁠ ⁠Booking Policy

•   All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card or advance payment.
•   Guests are required to provide valid identification (passport or ID) upon check-in, as per local regulations.

 2.⁠ ⁠Check-In and Check-Out

•   Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
•   Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
•   Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

•   Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date will not incur any charges.
•   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will result in a charge for the first night of the stay.

 4.⁠ ⁠Payment Policy

•   Payment can be made in cash (local currency), by credit card, or via bank transfer.
•   The riad uses a fixed exchange rate for payments made in foreign currencies.
•   All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.

 5.⁠ ⁠Children & Extra Beds

•   Children under 12 years can stay free when using existing bedding.
•   Extra beds are available upon request at an additional cost and subject to availability.

 6.⁠ ⁠Smoking Policy

•   Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
•   Designated smoking areas are available on the property.

 7.⁠ ⁠Pets

•   Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice and approval.

 8.⁠ ⁠Liability

•   The riad is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
•   Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

 9.⁠ ⁠Quiet Hours

•   Guests are requested to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.

10.⁠ ⁠Use of Facilities

•   Guests are required to follow all safety rules and instructions when using the pool, terrace, or any other facilities.
•   Towels, bedding, and other riad property must not be removed from the premises.

11.⁠ ⁠Excursions & Transfers

•   Airport transfers and excursions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
•   The riad acts as an intermediary and is not liable for issues arising with third-party service providers.

12.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

•   All personal information collected during booking will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

13.⁠ ⁠Disputes

•   Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by Moroccan law and subject to the jurisdiction of Marrakech courts.
